recurring monthly subscriptions for the Elite & Pro plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date (details at checkout);

1.10 Refunds and cooling-offÂ
If you purchase digital content and you access/download/stream it, you acknowledge that you may lose any statutory cancellation right once performance has begun, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law. All payments made are non-refundable.Â
1.11 No guarantee of outcomes
We do not guarantee any particular outcome, results, fundraising success, investor interest, regulatory approval, or profitability. Your outcomes depend on many factors outside our control (market conditions, execution, quality of materials, timing, jurisdiction, team capability, commitment etc.).

1.12 No broking, no agency, no arranging, no dealingÂ
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you acknowledge and agree that:

No broking / no placing. We do not act as a broker, placement agent, introducer acting as an agent, or intermediary in relation to any investment, fundraising, transaction, or capital raise.

No arranging / no dealing. We do not “arrange”, “deal in”, “execute”, “structure”, “negotiate”, “advise on”, or otherwise participate in the making of investment deals or the conclusion of transactions between any parties. Any discussions you may have with third parties are conducted directly between you and the third party, at your sole discretion and responsibility.

No agency / no authority. We do not act as your agent, representative, fiduciary, or authorised signatory. We have no authority to bind you (or any third party) to any contract, term sheet, commitment, subscription, side letter, NDA, LOI, or other arrangement.

No client relationship / no fiduciary duty. Your use of the Website/Services does not create an advisory relationship, client relationship, fiduciary relationship, or agency relationship.

No custody / no client money. We do not receive, hold, control, transmit, safeguard, or administer client money, investor monies, subscription monies, or assets.
