So my family built this academy, the Investment Firm OS from scratch. We did that alongside a long running core business. We've been running for well over 20 years.

So sadly, this is my 35th year helping early stage fund managers succeed and create what we call Fundicorns. So there's probably not much I haven't seen, and I've certainly got the scars and bruises to prove it.

The platform you are watching this in has got everything you need to learn more about whether this program will not only take you to success, but would unlock other things we can do to help.

Too many founders not succeeding to match their potential. I've seen it so many times over the years, really began to upset me, decided to do something about it, plus giving a pathway to folks who might otherwise not find their way into this investment world.

Three groups. First of all, pre-launch founders who are aspiring to enter the industry. Could even be a post-grad, someone who's thinking, how do I do this? How do I get the entire business in a box through to then the guys ready to grow. They've set up their businesses. They're a little unsure as to the right growth plan. Through all the way to those ready to aggressively scale who also need the handbook, if you will, to rinse, repeat.

So you guys have got access to the seven video film modules on the platform.

Those encapsulate the core items we run. In addition, we run a community build. You will meet and can meet other peers in exactly the same position as you are, super valuable folks. Being able to talk to people in the same place you are at now is worth its weight. Thirdly, you can access us for one-on-one coaching. We offer that as a team solution to you that gets you answers to specific tricky areas, questions you've got. So this video filmed route can be added to by community and coaching.

The program is made up of no time limit on you if you want to go through this program in a day and then unlock other things you need help with. Do it. Knock yourself out. If you want to take a few months to get through the modules, there's other materials in the platform. Take your time. There's no minimum or maximum time.

Zero. This is not an easy program in the sense we cover a lot in a relatively short number of modules. So I would ask people to be very engaged, but we do not expect you to turn up with an MA in finance.

No travel, we run remote. Even the one-on-one coaching is run by videos. So wherever you are, you stay. We will fit around time zones to make sure you get what you need from us.

No. Please bear with us if you are in New Zealand. Uh, most of our team is in Europe and in the Middle East. Please bear with us on time zones, but no, the answer honestly is you can be wherever.

You've got a mix. So these videos, as you all have gathered, are prerecorded. We then blend that with live “Ask me anything” sessions that happen every week, and they are run by a member of the team on a live basis. Obviously the coaching is also run live.

Helpful if you have some understanding of some of the way this business works. But if you are, for example a chemical engineer with deep knowledge of chemical engineering businesses, which you want to make into a venture capital fund - we have a pathway for you here. We can take you from the full conversion of industry to a successful firm.

I would say the topics are the modules that you've read. The curriculum is quite critical. In the platform, go to the curriculum button. It will show you everything we cover and the materials and resources that are in the platform for you to download.

So you're gonna find in the library section of the platform a list of links. Some of which are YouTube, some of which are eBooks. You don't have to read them all. Greatly recommend these people to you. By the way, none of those are paid partnerships. We do not receive revenue from those people. They are purely people. We rate on the basis of their skills and capability.

You've got a team of people who include Simon and Sorcha. So you are not looking, as you will be able to tell at trained actors here you are looking at people who do this for a living. But you are looking at the people who deliver. So you are dealing with the operators and we have a team of people beyond Sorcha and I who will be working with you directly.

Everything you see on the platform you are a member of, which is where you are watching this video now is in the core price you've paid. If you want access to the, what we call add-ons, which are in the product table in the platform, they are mostly an additional cost item.

You pay for them on a card in the platform in the same way you bought the core program. So very easy to do and they've been priced to suit the early stage founder.

You should be looking from us to help you time travel and amplify the story. So you need to be seeing that we've helped you move far faster than you would on your own.

We've given you resources to stop you spending a lot of money, reinventing documentation that actually we've already templated for you, and that we've given you a playbook for getting your story out there so that you can go and raise money. In some you should expect to be investor ready at the end of this program.

If you are boot-camping this yourself, so you've self determined you're gonna run through this program at high speed, it's going to be a fairly significant bunch of hours to not just watch the videos and soak in the materials, but to think then ‘what am I going to do in my own business?’

That could be many, many, many hours a week. Others will say, I'm gonna put 10 hours a week into this. For the next month, and I want to be in a be much better place at the end. Up to you, I would suggest that a fairly serious commitment of hours is needed. That's again, where we keep the core cost of the program to a minimum so that you can then be encouraged to spend time thereafter.

Absolutely. Have a look at the program. You'll see a review section. You're gonna see the testimonials. Do have a careful read. Again, we don't choose them. They land there. They are honest and authentic.

Essentially, this is very much, this program is showing you what you can do. This is not a done for you program - this is a done beside you program. So please, at this price point, folks don't expect us to have built out your business for you. But please do expect we've given you the tooling and the system. That's why we call it the Investment Firm OS to have success.

Core program (Essential) is £799 one off to enter the program and get the core modules through our platform provider. There are payment options and payment plans available with Klarna and others for Essential. Then there are add-ons. The add-ons are discretionary. You do not need to buy them, for example, one-on-one coaching. That is clearly something that costs a lot of money to provide. We will ask you for a small monthly subscription, but we have a super cool group of other things we provide.

Co-working space around the world, priced at a level which no individual clients of ours would manage on their own. We have volume. We can make that available to you. We have a number of things that will add value to your narrative and your story from day one, small add-on costs that get you into the game.

So to recap, £799 to get into the program. One off, no subscription, no repeat fees. Then a choice of two subscription levels you might wish to choose.

No contract term. You wanna move quickly, slowly. As I mentioned, you can go as quick as slow as you like. You are not time barred in terms of the amount of time you must spend with us. What I would say is to get the certificate of completing the program, you might be eligible also for continuous professional development points and hours.

By the way, guys, disclaimer, depends the bit where you, you're as to whether those are available, but those things you must have come through the program in an eight week phase to receive those completion items. Otherwise, take as long as you like.

All online, credit, debit card, all varieties accepted. There is the payment plan route as well (only available for the Essential plan) if you wish to spread out the cost. You can spread out payments. The platform provides all of the normal payment providers and plan providers, so if you want to go that route, absolutely be our guest.

We do all currencies through all cards, including union Pay in China. So pretty much everything is on the platform. Shouldn't be a barrier to entry for you joining.

There's no risks I can think of. I would say that the main thing to keep reminding yourself and we're very transparent about this. This is not a done for you program. This is to give you the tools to perform to a level unimagined. Before the program, please do not see this as the panacea where everything is done for you and all you need to do is open your doors of your new business. We've done all that work at this price point. We're giving you the tools.

As a firm, we need to be quite careful about this. If you have another colleague who is going to access the system, our platform is built so we spot different IP addresses, so we would make sure that those people joining do pay. We don't want to see founder groups essentially spreading the login around different people, and we will see if you try.

There's two types of monthly subscription. One's a bit more expensive than the other, £299 & £499 a month. The latter one includes:

•  documentation libraries and templates that frankly might cost you over a hundred thousand dollars to build on your own with lawyers.
•  Co-working space for two or three days a month free within the plan. So the more you spend, the more of the really costly items are included.
•  Coaching included in that more expensive plan with me or one of the senior team. Direct access to us to help you actually turn this from being. Provided to you to done with you. That's the difference with the monthly subscription plans.
